Name at least 8 products that you usually know that contain one or more of these toxic components. (for this check the page you read).

Read the packing that you brought and in the part that says ingredients you should:

Name the toxic substances and the effect that produces to our body

Part 3:

Investigate about healthy food, for these you should:

Name the positive components for our body for examples “vitamins” and the positive effect each one causes to our body.

Give examples of healthy food, naming the healthy substances.

Give examples of elaborate health food, telling the healthy ingredients they have.

Remember to write down in you process journal the information source
